If you are working for an employer and have a day job, you can still make money working from home, while browsing the internet for blogging source and information , I have seen a blogger , who works 8hrs a day and 40 hrs a week and he still makes money from blogging, I dont remember either the name of the blogger or site.
I think its very much possible to strike a balance between both types of jobs, initially you work to popularize and add contents to your blog regularly sparing 1 hr each , and once your blog has traffic and is approved by paid to post programs, Its time to expand and increase your hands, I mean recruit a resource , assign tasks, approved taska and pay for the tasks.
Well If you find a good resource, you will be lucky enough to make your money grow, concentrating on your day job and starting a residual pipeline of income, you need to do a managerial job as I said above. Task allocation ,approval and timely payments
