if you are looking to exchange and build links for your website with alike blogs/we site, then I have found a very good site which helps in building links, you have the option of choosing the category of your blog or website with whom you are interested to build links.
While I searched the internet to build links for my blog, for the search keyword link exchange, I found linkexchanged, once you are a member,you will keep receiving link requests from the category you have choosen from fellow bloggers. Its your choice to accept or decline the request. once you accept the request, you have to add the fellow bloggers link text and URL.
