I have a great tip for all those who are blogging along with their day job, when you are running out of time and dont want to miss even the blogging oportunities , its always better to delegate the task of blogging to the online writers and pay them a portion of the amount you get by blogging.
there are many creative ad writers availble online , why dont you shoot a new free ad , and you get many writers, get their profile, glance at their skills and get them onboarded.
send them the task assignment , along with the timelines and amount to be paid. once the task is accomplished by the resource, you can post the same on your blog and pay the resource the required price that you set for the task.
In this way you can balance your day job and blogging ...
