In order to promote your blog there are various directories to which you can submit your blog for free and increase your visibility.
There is a column named Blog Directories on the right menu on my blog.
Please submit your blog details to these directories and expand your horizon of visibility on the net.
There are many link exchange program like linkalizer.com , where in you can exchange your blog link with others. exchange I meant placing links of the users on each others blog (reciprocal linking).
The more the incoming links from higher PR (Page Rank) ,more the chances of PR increment.
If your blog has a PR of 3 or more than that , then you can leverage the potential of your blog using many blogging opportunities and make money from it.
