Don’t hesitate and irk when you receive Premium notices every month. I agree, most of us don’t want to pay the bills since we all have enough of them to pay already. Yes, there are a great many reckless drivers on the road, but their numbers are dwarfed by the magnitude of responsible drivers. While this makes for an image of safe roads and hi-ways, it does not mean that there is 100% safety. In fact, there is always the chance of an errant accident.
