Websites with highest online traffic

According to a research article at Washington Post, a survey has proved a new trend in online traffic. It has been found that the traffic has drastically declined in the top Internet sites, but the same has shown a rise in case of the websites meant for blogging, social networking and for imparting local information.

Blogger dot com, a personal publishing site owned by Google, MySpace dot com where young people do virtual preening and share musical tastes amongst each other, Wikipedia and Citysearch which provides local information on various cities have topped the list of the websites that have shown increased online traffic. In fact, people should step into the online business only after knowing market trends!
