Blogsvertise update

Rob from Blogsvertise unveils the updates

"Hi hema ,

This is Rob from www.blogsvertise.com

Lots of new tasks going out! >>>

I just wanted to remind you that we've got alot of great task offers going out from blogsvertise.
Advertiser interest is growing strong with blogsvertise and we continue to assign hundreds of blogs per day. Please check in regularly at blogsvertise for both task assignments matched up to your blog by our system and staff and also the grab-bag. The Grab Bag contains certain tasks that were declined by other bloggers or that were expired. The grab bag matches up based on certain criteria and category. If you dont see one available check back regularly. Since blogsvertise assigned tasks expire in 5 days, if you check with blogsvertise at least twice a week you can see if you have any assigned tasks available. The faster and more reliable you respond to tasks the more we can get to you as advertisers like speedy blog ads order fullfillment.

Faster & speedy interface >>>

We have recently upgraded some of the systems in place at blogsvertise. Our service ran pretty speedy already but You should notice how fast and speedy our systems are in general after the upgrade. With these upgrades the performance should be even better. We've built blogsvertise to scale to millions of bloggers and advertisers. Blogsvertise launched last July and we have established ourselves as a world leader in the Blog Advertising industry. We will be exhibiting next week at a major tradeshow in New York City and expect a big response to our services, so expect more tasks coming your way. If you plan to attend please stop by our booth #2016 and say hello.

Our First Blogsvertise Video Ads came in >>>

We've introduced an experimental new blog ad format called blogsvertise video ads. So far several of our bloggers have responded. The payouts are currently about $20 each and you must record a video of yourself / psuedo commercial about the advertisers website/come up with something creative...

We will be announcing this new blog ad video format to advertisers shortly. If you would like to do a video ad for one of our sponsors please reply back and let us know. We feel this technology/new ad format is break through technology! As a sort of grass-roots level blogging commercials, so please go ahead and blog about this new ad format from blogsvertise in your blogs! We would recommend if you can please promote this new video ad technology from blogsverise in your blogs and then digg it! :)

Tips for Getting your Blog Ads easily approved >>>

1. We cannot approve blog entries links tagged 'nofollow'. If your blog entry was rejected and are unsure what that means and your blog entry was rejected for it, go to your blog entry and view the 'html source' in your web browser. Search for the word "nofollow" You have to remove this setting to have your entries approved.
2. Check all links to see if they work. If your links are broke your blog entry will be rejected. The easiest thing to do is just click on each of your links. If it comes back as a page-not found, then please fix it.
3. We can only approve blog entries for those assigned to your blog. If you post them to your other blogs you have to have the task assigned to that blog, or otherwise it will be rejected.
4. At anytime your blog entry is rejected you can re-submit it for approval once it is corrected. Rejected blog entries are listed under your task management.

Increasing Your Task Offer Rates >>>

There are some basic things you can do to increase your task offer rates:
1. Maintain and update your blog regularly.
2. Exchange links with other like minded bloggers. This is important especially if your blog is new.
3. If your blog is on a free-host such as blogspot, etc. You will defenitely get tasks, but may want to consider getting your own www. domain also. Some advertisers prefer blogs on their own domain.
4. Important: Please respond to task offers by either accepting or declining them within 5 days.
You are welcome to decline tasks that you are not interested in, but if you do not respond yes/no the system flags those bloggers who are poor responders. Responding regularly should increase the rate of tasks you receive. Responding poorly/never will get you booted off the service.
5. Review the rules & faq: http://www.blogsvertise.com/publisher_rules.php http://www.blogsvertise.com/blogger_faq.php
